Every compliance issue follows a structured 7-step workflow from detection through remediation. This ensures full traceability and human oversight on all consequential actions.

CrewShield syncs all data sources every 15 minutes, comparing worker certifications against regulatory requirements for each site and role.

Gap Detection
When a compliance gap is detected (expired cert, missing training, site-specific rule violation), an alert is created with full evidence: source records, regulatory citation, and affected workers.

Impact Analysis
The 6-stage analysis pipeline calculates total impact: how many workers, which sites, what's the risk level, and what's the remediation path. Safety constraints are checked automatically.

Cohort Formation
Affected workers are automatically grouped into logical cohorts (by site, role, severity) to enable targeted bulk actions rather than individual case management.

Human Review
A site manager reviews the proposed action plan. They can reassign workers between cohorts, add notes, and adjust the plan before approving. No bulk action proceeds without approval.

Automated Execution
On approval, CrewShield executes the plan: updating Workday records, scheduling training in FieldClock, pushing restrictions to site access systems, and notifying client portals.

Verification & Audit
All actions are written to an immutable audit log. Compliance rates are updated in real-time. The system verifies each writeback completes successfully within 24 hours.
